Through our partnership with Hahn Electrical Contracting, and Global Communication Services (GCS) we handle Turnkey Projects from initial ventilation designs and concepts through to civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, and recommended maintenance programs.

Design
A smart design begins with listening to the client. The MTV team brings comprehensive design expertise, backed by the design resources of our Australian and international partners.
Manufacturing
MTV’s manufacturing facility in Perth includes a 20 tonne gantry crane. The MTV fabrication team builds, assembles, and tests all fans to capacity before being dispatched, ensuring a reliable product is delivered to all our clients. Sharing the premises with Hahn Electrical ensures that all electrical and power generation components designed and tested before mobilisation on-site.
Installation
The MTV design team understands the challenges of on-site installation of large, powerful ventilation systems, and specialises in creating modular designs that can be easily transported and installed. Our professional transport and installation teams work closely with fabricators and engineers to ensure fast, trouble-free installation.
Repairs and Maintenance
The ability to rebuild, refurbish, repair and maintain fans and ventilation equipment on the MTV premises is a great advantage to clients. Working with original plans and schematics from our international manufacturing partners and drawing on their expertise ensures the highest quality is achieved on every job.
